We had the happy opportunity to guide a established financial services company into their next phase of serving customers in the great State of Texas.
The challenge came in multiple forms. First, ensure that the logo redesign and brand update remain familiar to current clients, yet attractive for new prospects. Their message remained "trust, integrity and a conservative approach," but this core mission was yet to be properly articulated.
Second, a new website. Their original website was nearly 15 years in service, unchanged from day-one (as seen here in the "2011" screen capture). Now, their new site is modernized, with a well-rounded message and ready for search engines and all viewing devices.
Finally, another (rather large) issue — an unassociated company shares the same discipline and name, in another state. So, a new site schema is being implemented to help solve any confusion with Google (and others') search. Data-driven marketing is also underway to help bring their approach to serving more and more Texans' retirement planning needs.
