“EXPERIENCE DONE.” CORPORATE RECRUITMENT CAMPAIGN

This Fortune 500's ongoing recruitment campaign started with a request for a simple brochure. That need grew larger, blowing-out into a massive package of tactics supported by a new and simple idea: "Experience Done."

The work our Creative Director conceived and executed, while at Chicago advertising agency 2x4, included logo design, an internal employee video, recruitment collateral, experiencedone.com website, trade show materials, PPT templates, and print advertising...on down to corporate headquarters lobby signage, store posters, event table tents and “Thank You” cards. Finally a parallel campaign of employer diversity ads were created.
